The staff were very amiable, responsive, and helped me with private parking. the hotel rooms were warm and quiet with great amenities such as a freezer and a nice bathroom. - the location was absolutely perfect, close to metro, bus, and tram stops, and in a very nice area with many attractions nearby.

Nice and helpful staff, couldn't ask for more. The location in a shopping centre was great and brilliant. The venue was situated not too far from some of tourist spots, like a lavish Moorish - style synagogue.

The staff was horrible.

Location - no comments! Three minutes and you're already in metro, in central station. Five - and you're near the Basilica. Seven minutes in another way - Vorosmarty square and Vaci street. Staff is very pleasant, can explain everything and help if you need it. In apartmants we found everything that we needed. Apartments are wide and spaciousness. And or course, Budapest is very beautiful and picturesque city! We will recomend this city and apartments to our friends. Regards from Moscow, Mike & Daria!
